Session Fee {Fine-Art Portraits} Custom

Thank you for choosing Little Lion Photography's artistic Fine-Art photography services.

Your session fee of $150.00 reserves your appointment and is non-refundable. It includes the time and creative vision of the artist as well as a consultation done by email or phone, if desired. THE SESSION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY IMAGES.

Digital product packages are purchased separately and start at $165 for 4 digital images, $549 for 12 digital images and $949 for 25 digital images and $1499 for 40 digital images, also known as "full gallery". You will also have the ability to buy additional digital images at $65 each. Unedited images are never available for purchase or download.

Your portrait session: Your approximate session length will be based on the digital package you choose and they range 30-60 minutes in length. We want your session to be perfect, but it's important to have realistic expectations about what can be accomplished during our time together. We also welcome all family members within your organic family to join in! Siblings and parents are welcome in all portrait sessions.

You will be provided with a private online viewing gallery, the ability to choose your favorite images based on the package you selected and access to download your finished, artistically edited, high-resolution images instantly from the online gallery with a print release. The artist agrees to provide the viewing gallery within 1 week of the session date (however we strive to get these out as soon as possible and you may see your gallery within 24 hours after your session takes place). The client will then have 1 week to choose their favorite photos based on package chosen. Failure to do so within this time frame may result in the artist choosing the photos on the clients behalf. The client will be provided with a final, finished gallery within 10 days of when the client chooses their favorite images.

Location: All studio sessions take place at the Little Lion Photography studio, located in Camp Hill, PA. The physical address will provided to you in an e-mail. All outdoor sessions will take place at a location that is agreed on by the client and artist within 20 miles of the Little Lion Photography studio. Private locations may also be booked for an additional location booking fee.

Sick Policy: Client agrees to cancel or reschedule sessions should anyone feel sick, have a fever or dry cough.

Please limit your family to immediate family only (those being photographed including Mom/Dad and siblings only). Please, no other outside guests unless arranged with the photographer ahead of time.

CONTRACT: Little Lion Photography LLC and client agree that the artist is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the session.

If Little Lion Photography LLC is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside its control, client agrees to indemnify artist for any loss damage or liability; however, Little Lion Photography LLC will return in full all payments made by client to the artist in relation to this session.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Little Lion Photography LLC for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss.

The client understands and agrees that Little Lion Photography LLC is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this session for sixty (60) days after the finished gallery has been delivered to the client.

The client agrees that sessions will only be rescheduled if the artist or clients are sick, in the event of inclement weather which may make driving conditions unsafe or in the case of a family emergency.

The client agrees to hold Little Lion Photography LLC harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the client poses or works with the artist.

The client agrees not to use any social media filters on the images provided by the artist. The use of filters is not a fair and honest representation of the artists finished work.

MODEL RELEASE: The client grants permission to Little Lion Photography LLC and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use clients image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes and advertising.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING NOTICE: The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original files releases Little Lion Photography LLC from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Little Lion Photography LLC from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to Little Lion Photography LLC the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use. Little Lion Photography agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only.

By paying the session fee, you are agreeing to the above conditions.
